Add security:

console configuration keys are readers and writers. Values are a space or comma separated
list of usernames or @groupnames. If neither key is provided, it is assumed that all
unauthenticated OR successfully authenticated users are allowed. Being a writer implies
read capability. If a key is present but has no value, there will be no match on that
part of the key.
